That is the common factor in all the examples you brought. In other words Jews or people converted by Jews. Most christians don't even have a clear understanding of who Abraham was, much less consider themselves to be his descendants. On the other hand many Bedouins and Muslims claim to share his beliefs and are actual descendants, yet as you pointed out are not included in his covenant.
